The food we consume nowadays is incomplete in terms of nutrients. Most of our food today are processed and additives are added to preserve or enhance flavouring. Little that we know, the more processed food we eat the more harm it does to our body exhausting essential enzymes and putting vital organs at risk.
Importance of Wholesome Food:
In order to balance our diet, we need to consume wholesome food because it has got a complete set of nutrients. This is to replace nutrients that our usual diet don't normally provide.
